I thought you may be interested to see the photos from the estate agent at the time of purchase. These photos wouldn't ever sell the house. We had a lot of work to do...but it was the land that was all important.
The bathroom was off the kitchen...it was so small that you could just undress in it but would end up with bruises. The kitchen is what you see and no more, to say basic is an understatement! There was no running water either unless we pumped water onto the roof to fill a small storage tank!
